hi just bought the game and installed everything played single player ran it on highest graphics everything worked fine and when i try to play multi-player on steam i get this error:

HEEEELP Wtf is this i mainly buy this game for online play and it doesn't work online. what i could learn that it has something to to with the new steam update so steam fix thissss :S if not steams problem fix it anyways. a lot of people are haveing the same problem and Half Life 2 demo too pops up same error

And your talking to Steam: post that on the Steam forum, as this is ubi forums.

You ask for help but don't provide any info about your PC; how do you expect people can even start to help you.
So post your dxdiag report.

Windows XP/2000:
Click Start > Run... type in
dxdiag
click OK.
Give it a few moments to create the report (watch the loading bar to complete and disappear).
Select to Save All Information. Open the file in Notepad, select all, copy then paste the complete text into your next reply.

Windows Vista:
In the Search box (just above the Start button) type:
dxdiag
hit Enter.
Untick the box "Check for WHQL digital signatures".
Give it a few moments to create the report (watch the loading bar to complete and disappear).

why post my comp info if the game plays just fine on single player??? that's why i didn't post it
