ok, I get this stupid crash everytime when I'm loading the 1st chapter. at like 55% that happens.

I've disabled Autosave, my grapich settings are at medium and all of my Pc specc are over the game requirements.

so please help me! this game is a big spike in my arse right now! I first were not able to start the game, then I were not able to start a new game, then I made my way to Chapter 1...but the soldier's voice was a BIG error...and ofc that big monster came into city and crashed my game....I reinstalled this game. now I can't get through the 1st chapter load. oh and I've downloaded this from Steam!
SO PLEASE HELP ME!
