Your only option is to try at lowest settings.
But first
1. install the patches. See DARK MESSIAH Installation and Troubleshooting Instructions.

2.Then open your exported registry key (you posted above) in Notepad, then copy and paste these to overwrite it:

...Save, Exit. Then double-click the .reg file you just edited to import it back into registry.

okeii . .i got the game to the main screen , but when i press new game and tri to start it dosenät work , when i click on ok nothing happens

hey i had a similar problem and followed the troubleshooting guide bit referring to this problem by deleting the mm.exe file at a certain place on my computer sure this has bee pointed out, but just incase, its like the 4th step in the guide i think

Huh?? Deleting mm.exe? Where did i say that you claim? Right: nowhere.
