every time when i finish the prologue i get bluescreen, and the computer restarts help me please.

What error message are you getting on the bluescreen? If it restarts too fast for you to notice, open the Control Panel, go to System, and on the Advanced tab open the Startup and Recovery settings. Uncheck Automatically Restart and you should be able to write down the error message.

there isn't an error message, its just completely blue :S

The patch is fixing this problem, and there is a lot of threads on this.

installing from the cd
installing virtually (downloaded the whole thing in steam)
and yet the same thing blue frozen screen no error and mine doesnt even restart i have to force shut it down by holding the power button

Stop trying, the game is screwed from the get. It's not your fault and you can't fix it. All you have to is take one look at the alledged fix list for patch 1.02 and it looks like they are redasigning the entire game. Something that should have been considered from the beginning prior to release. But they sucked in enough people's money and now who knows. They keep saying there's a patch to fix all or most problems but it's harder to get to than the skull of shadows. You'll just have to wait like the rest of us and hope that it will work out in a patch. Otherwise, I guess ur out 50 bucks like the rest of us. Make sure U never buy a UBI/ARKANE game EVER again without first coming to forum to see if everyone is B****ing about it or not. I'll never buy another game from them until I KNOW it works right.. Not another nickel !
