I know that eldritch arrow is supposed to be blue, But mine is clear.
The magic shield doesn't show up either, nor do some other effects.
Any idea what could be causing this?

1.80ghz quad core
4gb of ram
ATI Radeon 3200 HD

Fireblast, Lightning sphere, Flame arrow, lightning chain/bolt/shock, fire orbs, fireball all show up otherwise correctly.
If you notice in the screenshots, there's clear 'energy' coming off some things, like what the eldritch arrow is made of.
