Hey guys, i´m having a serious problem with special weapons such as lighning daggers and fire staffs. The screen gets all strange as i use them. is there a way to turn it off ?

It could be that your system is underspec, or settings too high, or drivers outdated...

hey, i have a
pentium 4 2,4 ghz / geforce 6200 / 1,5gb ram
i´m runing the game with the max configs and i have things like 5 - 30 fps, usually 25. so i don´t see why only special weapons aren´t working fine. i have the lastest version of the game ( non-steam version 1.02 ) and i think i have the version 162 of the drivers ( most recents are 163 )

Oh btw: pentium 4 2,4 ghz just fits the minimum requirement, and geforce 6200 is low performance budget card so don't use "max configs", but low. Also don't think but make sure that you use the latest nVidia drivers.

how can i see my current drivers ? and i dont think that if i put settings in min things will work. low system results in low fps, not in bugs, as i know ! and i run all source games in max without AA e AF, as i´m trying in Dark messiah. I´m in chapter 8 and this is thew only bug that happend !
