I have an issue in which Multiplayer Models for characters, weapons, and props do not show up. They are simply replaced by empty space, not even the customary checker pattern of a missing texture is present. Normal terrain such as castles, ruined structures, etc. show up, but props such as bridges do not. I do not have the same problem in single player.

Please assist.

Besides that:
-page file way too small (and you don't have enough diskspace left).
-alomst 3 years outdated nvidia graphic card drivers
-outdated Yamaha sounddrivers

But again: your videocard is not supported, the only fix for that is to buy a DirectX9.0c compatible videocard.
If you are willing to do that i could advise a decent AGP card.
Without the need to replace the PSU as well you could get a lower performance card, so question is if that would possibly satisfy you.
Then, putting in extra RAM to total 1 GB would be very useful. Not strictly needed (officially 512MB is the absolute minimum) but in practice required for smooth gameplay.

C:\ is almost full. But the game is installed on H:\ which has 77.9 GB left open out of a total of 149 GB. Does this make any difference?

It seems weird to me though that all my models show up in single player, but not in multiplayer; what makes multiplayer's video settings so different from single player's that it causes this phenomena? It seems that if I can run single player (even with my outdated hardware) perfectly fine, then I should be able to run multiplayer perfectly fine: after all, aren't they the same models, the same format, and the same engine?

That's a good question.
But the multiplayer and singleplayer are two totally different games from different developers. Indeed, they both are based on the same Source engine.
I find it suprising to read that you are able to run the singleplayer game.

What you could try (however i do not expect it will help):
apply
-dxlevel 80
parameter to the "Target" in the shortcut ( replace 90 with 80):

Right-click on the Steam-created DMoMM-multiplayer shortcut on desktop > Properties. In the "Target" box, after the last letter, hit spacebar once, then add the parameter:
-dxlevel 80
