OMFG!
I just got a reply from support(3rd on this ticket)asking me for my DXDIAG and MSINFO which I attached with my original request!
It is like they have some damn daemon sending me canned answers!
This is why I hate using these types of support requests.I don't think they even have a real person looking at them.
I will continue to send replies so that the ticket doesn't end up closed and maybe someone will notice it.
