I just started watching the Blood+ series and I totally like it! Somehow though something tells me its a ripoff of Blood: The Last Vampire but I don't care haha! Its too good.

It's not a ripoff, it's a continuation to the story, same characters just in a different time. It's one of my fav. animes btw, so awesome

Yeah, I was expecting Light to lose, when L died I was like, WTF??? one of the best plot twists I've seen, but, they kinda screwed it with N, it wasn't as good, dunno, it just felt different for me at least, I just think that he could've done better, I mean, L was a great investigator, he deducted things from behaviors, N just "knew" things, dunno, it just felt wrong to be defeated by someone so inferior to L. They could've just made it end with L's death though, and Light creating the perfect world, that would've been sweet
I think L let Light join cause he wanted to keep a close eye on him , he always knew that he was Kira
Yeah, I love his released form he's simply too awesome ^^

And you might want to look at story genres then cause when it comes to that, fiction is only used for stories that can't have happened. Realistic is used for stories that didn't happen but could've, and Real stories for stories that, well, did happen .
They are important, yes, but so are other elements, basing an entire story on a love story just feels cheap (in lost cases anyway).

I'm not sure how this translates over to anime fans, but the majority of gamers don't visit game sites and whatnot. Already have a list in hand or have any ideas on what you might get?

As far as I know, most hardcore gamers visit game sites so I'm guessing it's the same with hardcore anime fans? the anime fans I know from around here visit ANN weekly.

@ khaled: dude, one of the best love stories is ah my goddess. you gotta like that one. though i'm more partial to comedic ones like that. i think that love stories are nice on occasion because it breaks up the monotony of things like bleach, naruto, death note, etc. etc. etc. that are all about action or thinking or something. sometimes it's just nice to watch something that gives you a good feeling.

EDIT: btw, i created a croissant mask in soulcalibur iv. i figured it was only fitting when oh! great created one of the bonus characters.

I have yet to find a pure love story that interests me tbh, it's usually something like romantic comedy or something similar that I enjoy, never really gotten into the whole "boy meets girl, boy loves girl...boy gets girl" kinda thing, unless it was comedic which is the genre (romantic comedy) for Ah! My Goddess, no?

agreed... that's the type i'm into... but it's still romance. though i'm thinkin of checkin out that Emma anime... can't find the dub yet though... streaming i mean. i hear it's really good. if i ever find it, i'll post my verdict for you. lol.
