funny stuff... hmm.... i suggest the following, because i'm the same way... though not all of it is totally appropriate for children. some of these aren't always funny, but there's quite a bit of comic relief to warrant watching them. Gurren Lagann (action with quite a bit of comedy) Naruto (action with some comedy) Bleach (action with some comedy) Ah! My Goddess (romance with quite a bit of comedy) Black Lagoon (explicit action with some comedy. contains violence and foul language) Air Gear (primarily comedy with some action. contains nudity and foul language) School Rumble (primarily comedy with romance) Shin Chan (all comedy) FLCL - Fooly Cooly ("wtf did i just smoke?" comedy with action) Full Metal Panic (action with comedy) if i think of others, i'll post. @ Dave: fair enough... but while i'm usin the sweet complimentary core drill to rule the universe... you're just gonna be missin out. that wouldn't be for a while, buddy... besides, even then, it's just gonna be a plastic toy.  btw, i see you got a lucky star sig... fun... i still need to watch more episodes... for some reason, i just liked the dubs better on that show... not much action, so i found myself fallin asleep or gettin confused during the one sub i watched. i prefer dubs myself usually, so i usually stream from the following sites. if the links are having problems, just post about it on their forums. Dub Happy and Just Dubs
you're welcome.  i also suggest witchblade... there's some comedy, but it's mostly action. it's a pretty heartfelt anime based on the american comic (but different main character) that involves the relationship between a young single mother and her daughter. the roommates in their place are primarily the comic relief... particularly mr. chou. Indeed I do. There are many anime references in there so it is funnier if you know what they are  Ah, but the dubs won't be able to reach epic meme proportions @Roxy: It should be the other way around.
