I am sorry, if here is already thread with same theme but I cannot find it.

I finished new Prince of Persia yesterday. Wonderful game, I really enjoyed it. I'm not going to praise everything, many things are amazing.
Until I reached c. 540 lightning seeds, I didn't know what is tedium or frustration. To this moment it was pure entertainment. But here I suddenly hadn't nothing to do. That moment I still had to heal seven fertile grounds, defeat two corrupted and both of this is for me well known activities. Because I didn't need more lightning seeds, I used teleport for every short move and I tried to finish it as fast as possible. So here it wasn't so enjoyable. Only one thing stayed still really funny. Story and prince's and Elika's comments.
Conclusion in the temple was fine. Not epic, but nice.

And here is finally my question.
What about story conclusion? I may only misunderstood it. They jailed Ahriman. Okay. Elika sacrificed her life. Okay. He wanted to revive her. Okay. But I was really disappointed when prince destroyed Tree of Life and revived her this way.
Her question 'Why?' is right. I have the same one. In my opinion is answer 'Because I love you' only one which not have to be said. But it isn't enough. At least for me not.
In the final scene I can see Ahriman freed. And what now? Will he destroy the whole world? I suppose yes.
And what will happen with prince and Elika? He revived her because here is some relationship between them. But this is completely crazy. They took their lifes to jail Ahriman and at the end he release him? How can he believe that she will at least suffer him if he destroyed everything she fight for? And he believe that Ahriman let them alive? In addition I (and prince) can see what happened to her father.

Here is too many questions. I think it is big loss. Whole story was nice and at the end of everything this? Once I had every Powers of Ormazd I played only for a story and feeling 'I won the game'. But I can't see any of this.
Can someone explain me those things?

there is a DLC called Epilouge that you can download to finish the story but if your PC use then your out of luck. otherwise they will or may be coninuting this new POP series with DLC or actually go out of the way and make a new game but eitherway to finish the story and end your questioning go download the DLC on ur PSN or Xbox account thing. it will help alot trust me

What is DLC by the way?

The DLC can be summed up quite simply. The Prince tells Elika that Ahriman wanted her dead because without her there would be nobody stopping him when he eventually escaped. He thinks that Ahriman is scared of Elika because a) he was gloating when Elika died and b) he keeps chasing the Prince and her even though they're supposedly without hope. Elika keeps saying that she isn't powerful enough to stop him and the Prince loudly voices his faith in her powers.

To me, PoPNG was just an account of how the Prince met Elika - because apart from that, they didn't accomplish much. I think their relationship will come into play a lot more in the next PoP. Also, I don't think the Prince and Elika are in love yet. They were good friends, and I hope their relationship develops slowly over the course of the next PoP.

technically is a Down Loadable Content - DLC
console users can access it
u can watch it on youtube like most of us PC users did
it tells the story from where the game left it
that's why it's called "Epilogue"
