Definitely not, man. Tarantino releases a great film once every few years.
Kill Bill is alright, still quite low on my list of ratings for Tarantino films though. Inglourious Basterds was completely and utterly glorius.

I just watched Cube today. What a great film. It was refreshing to see something with an interesting and original concept, albeit from a film that was made over a decade ago. I won't go into it at all because it's one of those films that's completely reliant on you watching for the first time with an empty mind, it'll compliment the character development amazingly well.
Highly recommended, 10/10. Getting it on DVD for sure.

Its a really cool movie with alot of kickass fight scenes and such. The story isnt bad either and the acting is pretty good.
Worth watching imo.

i just saw Ghosts of Girlfriends past. it was pretty good, and made a few funny nods to its source material ("you there, shovel kid, is it christmas day?" "no, its Saturday, ya moron!"), worth watching, but not a must see.

Zombieland:
Very gory. I'm not really all that uncomfortable with gore, especially when I'm prepared because I know it's a horror movie, but it's a tad bit jarring.

Also VERY funny. You really care for the 4 main characters right off the bat, and they're all a little complex without being melodramatic. They all have their little quirks that set them apart in funny ways.

The movie is short, but in a good way; doesn't wear out its welcome by dragging on.

I highly recommend it. Be prepared to see a lot of terrible horror movie trailers before it, the worst being the 2nd Twilight movie *shudder*

finally saw RocknRolla
Guy Ritchie came back with another Snatch like film, I heard it's gonna be a trilogy, anyways, it's really really good, almost as good as Snatch, it's amazing how well Ritchie always develops his characters, and that english humor never plays out Veryhappy

CHE
part 1 and 2 by Steven Soderberg, won some major awards at Cannes, Benicio Del Toro, who plays Ernesto "Che" Guevara won the best actor award truthfully bow his best role to this date (and he has an Oscar too), this movie is epic, based on the writings of Che himself, the directing was awesome, extremely realistic, the actor who plays Fidel Castro is also brilliant
10/10 bow Clap Thumbs Up

Slumdog Millionaire

IMO Slumdog didn't deserve so many oscars , yes it was a great movie but no, not that many... They had 8 Oscars , a great movie unparalelled was "Gone with the wind " it was so great I don't have any words to say.

Bucket List 9.5/10 Big Grin and Biloxi Blues , Oh , Christopher In Love 10/10

John Carpenter's The Thing

Superb. Truly a masterpiece, a classic. Way better than alot of the horror movies now being made. The special effects are really good also considering the time when it was made. I just read about how some of them were created. Really creative lol. Not like now... pretty much only CGI Shady
The story was good, acting solid and overall a great film.

9/10

I just watched Children of Men ... again. Absolutely brilliant film, everybody should watch this on their own. The film is very dialogue based, I'm probably going to rewatch it with subtitles on so that I can catch every single thing that's said.
There are also a lot of nice details that the film makers have really thought about. Pay attention to this detail because it's part of what makes this film work.
It's a fairly brutal film when it comes down to it.

9/10

I disagree. Razz It might seem like the industry is turning into a CGI fest, and in some ways that is true, with films like GI Joe and Transformers 2, but it's not even nearly only CGI.
