What a freaking rip of. Not for PC, AND they want money for it. I actually think they already had that stuff done and only did this to make more money. They knew what was bad about the game and did not fix it so they could take money latter.
I'm so ****ed of at them right now, I'm considering to not be the next game.

Its a good newz, The Promises looks great. Surely there will be many happy people out there.

I welcome this with open arms even if its not in PC. It will hurt me but for the franchise its good.

Not if they could have added it to the main game. You can not tell me they work on a game for years, and then they can make it 80% better in less then 4 month?! they knew what was wrong with it, but they also knew fans are going to buy it. They riped us of! BUT I take all what I'm saying back if they give it for free, but if they want money for it... Then it is joust as I joust said, a rip off.(I'm mad because its not for PC, but more mad if they want money for it)

Maybe some of us require some gameplay footages atleast one to find out is the gamplay and overall experience really providing some value??? Is it worth buying?

No reason to make the game cost so much and then want money AGAIN, wile the game should have been as good as the DLC at first place.

Very curious; I've come to expect paying through my nose for any sort of entertainment nowadays, so I will accept the fact that I'll have to pay for this. It's a rip off yes, but no less of a rip off as every other chunk of DLC on there.

At least it comes out on the PS3 as well. Fallout 3 isn't realeasing THEIR DLC for PS3 users, which is rather stupid.

Also, fhe fact the Mass Effect DLC is free for PC and costs for the Xbox is just an example of the madness in this world. Sometimes I really, really hate Microsoft you know. -_-

no PC release? for the love of god, WHY NOT? Frown

PoP 08 is one of the better-optimized PC games in recent history - it's not like they can't do it. just put it on steam, or on the ubisoft store. it ain't that hard.

EDIT: actually, the interview never mentioned that it WASN'T coming to PC. we got the game a week late, maybe we'll get the DLC later. i'll take 'later' over 'not at all' any day.

We want PoP DLC to come out for PC! If not now, then sometime in the future!

Imagine that the steaks in the pic are the PoP DLC.

It seems to me that this is a valid move. We want to know what happens with the Prince and Elika, and we want more challenging gameplay. Ubisoft are giving us that without making us wait for a sequel. Also, why are you guys complaining about pricing? Unless it's ridiculous, like $30 (Australian) or something, it really should be priced. Making games isn't free you know. Hiring voice actors and personnel to craft the game adds up to a lot of salaries.

Ubisoft better release this DLC on PC too. Mad I hate it. Everything it's always "For XBox360 and PS3". Mad

It just wouldn't be fair. We aren't talking about some skins or something like that. We are talking about how the story continues.

Will ubisoft really tell the pc gamers: "Sorry, if you want to know what happens after the end of the game you have to buy a ps3 or xbox360." ?!

I don't care if i have to pay for the dlc or if i get it for free. I just want to have the chance to get the dlc.

Very true that; I don't really mind if it's a fair chunk of gameplay. I just hope it isn't too overpriced or that there's a price disparity depending on console.

Angry Blue Guy Ubi should take a page from Criterion's Burnout Paradise of post game support. Not only should this content be free, the game should have come out in Feb so it could have been added. Also sales would have been better as it would have avoided the holiday avalanche of new titles.

Why should it be free?

At least: Please don't cry because you have to pay a few bucks to play this. It looks like some of us don't even get a chance to play it. Indifferent

Just like you understand the fact that it shouldnt be free because Dev have worked hard on the Project and they are entitled to get profits, for the same reason Understand that maybe it wont be beneficial for the company to release it on PC.

It hurts a lot for us PC Gamers. but lets see...

Maybe it won't be feasible for the company to release it on PC in terms of profits and sales otherwise Has someone gone mad not to release stuff on a platform which generates profits?
