@Les: Yea I hear you, I'm a PC gamer also. Some of my first favorite games were on the PC, actually, I've been one since I was 5 or 6. I do love the 360 also, I just wish it was a bit more reliable and wish I didn't have to pay to play with others online (I don't mind paying for everything else). Yes my real name is Michelle and yes I did edit POP vids a while back. Where have you seen me because I've been almost everywhere mostly youtube but I'm not there really anymore now. I'm on livevideo now cause my videos are much safer there. I've been trying to get back into making POP vids but I usually end dumping the projects so I'm at an editors block at the moment.

I used to have a myspace account a long ago and I just was sniffing around looking for PoP vids and stuff on there, if I remember correctly you posted them in there too right? @Dido: It's a Dell 1710. Thinking of upgrading when Dell does their next update since Alienware is sending out flyers on their next system. Don't like the Alienware flash though. Enclosure screams steal me! New video cards will be coming out though and I'd like to get on the 40nm bandwagon so we'll see.

They made a platform for the best to rise up to. A different way of programming which ultimately leads to a better 360 version too if the PS3 is the lead platform. It's old news, sure it's different and their will be a learning curve. Once they do learn it though they see the benefits of a different process. Is it a surprise Uncharted 2 won Best of Show for E3 this year? It's a PS3 exclusive that uses the Cell architecture. Also won Best Console and Best Action/Adventure. Big congrats to Naughty Dog for utilizing the hardware. Haven't heard anything about the royalties.

And while Blizzard didn't make more in '08, '06 and '07 tell the true story. Activision's year line up isn't that impressing either. The over saturation of music games puts me off. Only thing I'm looking forward to is Modern Warfare.

@Michelle: I'm sure it isn't going to happen. Still though, making brash statements like that is is probably how EA got in trouble. Hope Activision falls hard so they treat their consumers better. Blizzard of course withstanding *patiently waits for StarCraft 2*

Yeah, it was my first time since I got it maybe 2 years ago. It's worth it though. Runs cooler and quieter which equals a longer life. Not sure how I'd go about cleaning my PS3. Really don't want to void the warrenty since I have a launch BC. If it's easy enough though I'm down for it.

Yesh. Same cutscene but interesting how it led up to it. Too bad there wasn't another cutscene where it was a mix of the good and evil, a turning point maybe? I dunno. I just ended that mission and going to do the side missions now. Though being Evil, I kind of want to keep the territories filled with my enemies So all evil missions plus level grinding with the side mission between the Reapers and Dustmen for the bare minimum Though maybe I should have kept the old historic district substation one. They do send a lot of enemies at you. Ah well.

I dunno. The game leaves it pretty open for Cole's thought process. After all, you find the Ray Sphere pretty soon after - and Cole's always VERY ****ed at Zeke.

Plus either way Trish dies, either because Cole thought the doctors were more important or Cole was too selfish to pass Kessler's test. Also, both Hero and Infamous Cole love Trish. They both dig her a grave and fall asleep next to it.
(If you try and save Trish, Cole's hearwrenching scream when she fell actually stunned me for several seconds).

It also ties with the Ray Sphere. Hero Cole blames the Ray Sphere for Trish's death, while Infamous Cole thinks that he can stop his loved ones from dying with the Sphere's power (anakin skywalker lol). So storywise it could be a turning point.

Speaking of which, I actually figured out that I'd have to choose to save Trish or not from the trophies, specifically the Evil Intentions one - "Bad guys can't say goodbye". Then I started feeling pretty bad because I thought Infamous Cole would still have Trish while Hero Cole didn't.

Playing through Evil again on Normal. Man, I miss the unadjusted EXP gains from Normal. Hard reduced ALL your EXP! Made it VERY annoying *grumblegrumble*

@Yolky: Activision just got a big head that's all. I actually would love to see them part with Sony. Then a few months or year later read a article about them coming back due to money losses or issues. It's not really that hard to open a PS3 to clean it. I've opened my sister Wii before because a SD Card got stuck in her disc drive (yea don't ask how it happened lol). There are alot of how to guides online though to help you be careful when opening it. Well my PS3's warranty already expired so I can do that but if yours hasn't then I'd recommend you don't.

You know, I couldn't really get into the demo so I never considered it a possibility...

@Zerban: That's why I don't read into any of the trophies. Would have been interesting if that did happen with Trish though. Yeah, EXP is much less now, must perform more stunts

@Michelle: I don't with for a part, though I hope they have a big increase in sales for PS3 so they don't have any excuse. Yeah, I know there are guides out there. Hell, I opened my laptop without a guide I have a launch, so I'm pretty sure I'm over.

@Rona: My two main complaints are some of the side missions are repetitive. Would have liked a kidnapping scenario mission. Maybe a boat mission too The other is climbing. Not quite as fluid both visually and physically. Would have been sweet if we had the power to do super jumps/leaps or upgraded glide to hover and fly around.

@Nikki: The core mechanics of the demo seem to ring true. What really is missing though is the story which I think is what separates Infamous from the pack. While few, each character had a rich background and their part to play.

EDIT: Oh yes, I forgot to say that Target is selling Ratchet & Clank: ToD for $15. I went ot Target last week and it was $30. Then I heard people picked it up for $15. Had to drive out a bit but was able to pick up the last one. If you don't have it, go forth and purchase that Amazon couldn't even touch

is that ratchet and clank sale only for the week you think? i'm not gonna be going to santa maria (where target is) until tuesday of next week for a doctor's appointment. i'd rather not go out of my way since it's like a 15-20 minute drive... already did that this week once cause i was told i had a doctor's appointment, only to find out that the nurses last week scheduled one without actually telling anyone. i got there and didn't actually have an appointment... i was so ticked.

@Yolky: finished my second run today and since inFAMOUS is the first game I've played twice in such a short period, it is my best game EVAR. I guess I'll collect the last few Dead Drops and a few shards today and tomorrow I'll put in Uncharted ^^
and I totally forgot about ToD...still so many games I want to play:

Right, my friend owns Prototype and has apparently been playing a lot. I know that inFamous and Prototype have apparently been duelling games, so does anyone have both to compare them? I'm reluctant to judge without playing Prototype. However, I've heard some good and bad about both.

God I love Yahtzee's review of both . In the end both games get three points and after considering letting both exist in the world, he issues a challenge that the winner is the game company that sends him a picture of the other game's lead character in a bikini the fastest.
