The Prince of Persia game was really great!! I enjoyed it! Good Job ubisoft!! I was wondering if the Prince and Elika will be in Prince of Persia 2? If so, whats the inside scoop on that? It looked like they got eaten at the end, so i'm confused.

No information on sequels yet. I think the team is taking a much-needed vacation. They'll probably have to look at the sales numbers to see if another game is feasible.

First, new POP is great. It should be just more challenging. And this is not NUMBER 8 there are 2 2D games and 4 3D for PC (this one is 5th 3D game for PC) and few more re-makes (Battles of Prince of Persia(DS), Prince of Persia Classic(XBOX), Prince of Persia: The Fallen King(DS), Prince of Persia: Rival Swords(PSP)). So it could be 7th, 10th or 11th,(it depend on your point of view) but it is best to say 1st of new trilogy or Next Gen. And that about POP1, POP2 ... I split series in three parts. First (POP: By J. Mechner, POP:The Shadow and the Flame and POP: 3D) SoT (POP: SOT, POP:WW, POP:T2T) and last POP (2008) should be first game of third part. I never say that POP: WW is 5th part or POP: T2T 6th. Well, this new game is almost a financial disaster, so maybe we can say that there's not much chance for a sequel right now. Also this year Assassin's Creed 2 will be released, so I don't think we can expect anything in 2009.
