First i hope this thread won't bring any problems
please don't blame me, you'll agree with me in the end i'm sure.

we all know PC is getting ignored and abandoned, PC gamers are getting annoyed by the Console's faster release date or DLC exclusive for games or ((Exclusive Sequels)) Only for consoles ..etc.

and some companies don't know that NOT everyone likes to buy a console for personal reason maybe it could be hating game pads, hating the way Xbox360 heats , or the cost of buying a PS3 and an HDTV and other console materials(memory card, another game pad), another memory, another cable, repairing ..

and..

PC gamers are begging for games to be released on PC but this isn't something good for both
PC gamers(begging like the poor where you have plenty of alternatives to play?)
and companies (wasting their time with no juice!).

see those charts, PC Gamers are PIRATES they won't buy the games, i bet POP4 without DRM was sold bad.

you might want to make Mario-System , whoops i mean the Wii a chance to player an extremely lowered gfx version so the game will be either emulated or pirated.
but you can also get better sales than the PC.

Yeah also XBox360 cannot be pirated, believe me its Very Safe , there Are NO pirated games for the 360 not even a group A**ST*R*,*Ro* (Removed for not spreading their names :] )... for pirating games (these are all imaginary things )

You might also notice that the Call of duty MW2 was NOT leaked on the 360, because again x360 is safe and there are no pirates on it ^^.

360 games are pirated massively.

you are missing the point of what the videogames are being made for. It's to entertain gamers, not to alienate them. I don't think many people would like the idea to invest two to four hundred dollars for a system that serves no other purpose than playing games when they already have a decent PC. And the only reason why games are being pirated is, that companies make life harder for PC gamers that buy legitimate copies.

I can NOT agree in any way. In my opinion consoles are one of the most evil things men have made. Just another reason to make poeple spend their money for something they don't entirely need. While PCs and laptops are multifunctional - One can do virtually anything with them! And I say that all types of consoles should be burned in a bonfire and let poeple stop wasting their money.

100 % agreed Thumbs Up

Some of us just want to make a single payment on our console, put in the game and play. We can't bother to put the effort into maintaining a computer to be able to play games. Or we're not computer savvy enough to work out how we should go about it

Plus, personally for me, it's 100x easier to use a controller than a keyboard and mouse

But I do like PC games for the sole reason of mods and hacks and fun stuff like that

The only consoles I trooly prefer are the portable ones:the psp and the ds.They remind me of the good old game boy.

^ yeah, there should be more psp games. I would really like to see SOT for psp

not only PC gamers are pirates. Xbox is one console out too...

I disagree. The thing I like about the console is everyone is equal on it. You don't have to upgrade your harddrive (unless you want to) or get a new graphics card or processor to play a newer game. You don't have to wait for patches or work-arounds, the game is BUILT to work for you.

Plus I'm one of those easily-distracted people: if I didn't have a distinct separation with my gaming from my computer, I'd never accomplish anything

I OWN A GOOD ENOUGH PC TO PLAY GAMES. You console owners are scum. You should be publicly executed. We hate ALL of you. You're sick. We're so much better than you are because we have PCs, our games are cheaper, we know how to upgrade it in SUCH A WAY that it's cheaper than buying a console.

That's the impression I get whenever I go onto a forum and see console v. PC.
Now, I have both. I got tired of having to maintain the PC and, long story short, I decided to just basically buy for consoles. I really only have a PC for Half-Life. As soon as Episode Two comes out, and I play it to death, I'm probably getting rid of my PC. If Valve continue to waste my time, I'll be in Uni, and I'll be a student without the time or money to waste on video games (girls, parties and mariju-ALCOHOL will be getting that) and Valve will have lost a customer, and I'll still get rid of the PC...I am, of course, writing this on a laptop.

In any case, it is my experience that smug PC gamers like the ones I exampled are indecisive dipsh...jerks.
You argue "we aren't pirates! We hate the pirates! We legitimately buy your games!" and squirm whenever you see that some game is going to come with copy protection. Console gamers can't do that (as easily) and we don't seem to care all that much.
What about releasing the game primarily to be used through steam? "We hate steam/digital distribution!" Well, these people who make the games, they gotta make money somehow, and the number of people who have a PC high end enough to play what they put out is notably slim already without further narrowing it to people who don't pirate.
Steam is pretty secure. I find it annoying sometimes, admittedly, but it works; that I can't argue with. Those of you who refuse to buy copy protected games and games only available through online activation or whatever are only hurting yourselves.

But there you go.

The Forgotten Sands? What the *I'm sorry. Your call cannot be completed as dialed.*?!?! is that just some dumb@$$ way to say Sands of Time or is there a new game coming out?! I'm sitting here at my computer, and I'm like, "let's see. I've beaten the original trilogy. I've beaten the SOT trilogy. I owned TFK last night and I'm half done w/ 2008. What the hell's left?" So if theres gonna be a new game tell me so I don't have to force the information out of you people.
