I think it would be great to all prince of persia fans, specially the big adepts of the sands of time trilogy to see the release of this titles in a bluray package to play in the ps3. the prince of persia series are famous on ps2 console and because their are few people out there that have a ps3 with ps2 compatibility it would be nice to have the prince of persia trilogy that we all love in hight definition format just like the god of war series, that will see a re release in bluray with improved grpahical quality.I and i believe many people would like to see it too with prince of persia, have an oppurtunity to play again this gems in hight definition.Right or not?

A High Definition version would be cool (1920x1080 and above) for all the main consoles who support it, God of War anyone?

But don't be a PS3 fan little boy and demand it only on your platform.

So my answer is No, cause I don't want it only for one platform, but all who support it, everyone as the right to play an HD version of POP (on PC that's already possible, but just on T2T).

i voted yes, it would be awesome. i agree with mornegroth though, it should be done for all formats. if this were ever done it would be after many other titles though, like another assassins creed or maybe, just maybe the next game in the current pop. so that will be a long time..

Now that I have a PS3, I wholeheartedly agree I have BC on my system but I'd still like a compilation disc (my SoT disc has a defect and freezes during the sand closing cutscene).

I dunno if Ubi'd go for it though. God of War is at least a Sony exclusive while the SoTT is not. Plus the God of War 2-pack is meant to drum up attention and excitement for 3. The SoTT is over and done with, would they really reap much of a benefit?

I don't pretend to be a fanboy cause i even don't like those type of things.Let's see it clearly,xbox 360 users if im not wrong can play the pop trilogy cause it has backward compatibility for those games, and i think they display in high quality but ps3 owners that love the prince of persia franchise are much more limited in play those games, only if they have the 60gb ps3 model wich aren't many or if they still have a ps2. Its a fact and im not pretending to be fanboy that the prince of persia franchise had very success in the ps platform

God of War I make an exception for because I'll happily find an excuse to play those again, and in HD there's really no reason why not. The first one at least, is absolutely incredible. This is one case where improved graphics could add to replayability.

Prince of Persia? With the first game, it was the ambience and the unique appearance of it; upping the resolution would only serve to make the dints more prominent. Even if they ironed it all out, I can't see it improving much; it was perfect for the generation it was in. I don't see much point in scaling it up for this one.
Just so I don't sound like a hypocrite (although I kind of am, whether I like it or not), what I'm saying is Prince of Persia was perfect for its generation, whereas God of War was ahead of its time, simply because Prince of Persia doesn't even come close to amassing the scale of the God of War franchise, which is something that was impressive enough in SD (I still remember the rope bridge to Pandora's Temple where Kratos was reduced to a height of, like, 4 pixels) but could be simply gorgeous in HD.

...this is all visuals, however, and completely unrelated to gameplay. Just for the record.

Oh, and, REN, now that you have a PS3, I'm adding you. Just so you know. It'll be obvious, though, since I use the same username for just about everything...except GameTrailers. On there I'm DarkSoulKagan for some reason...but I'm straying from the topic.

I'd much rather that then the GoW pack that's coming! I mean you can only hack and slack the same monsters so many times so many games! I guess you could say the same about PoP but I just love the games more I guess.
