Well except for the random newb that buys this game and finds out that its ****, this forum is totally dead as well as the game.

Ubisoft has yet again released a half arsed patch that not only didnt solve the problems with joysticks (saiteks, the big dog expensive puppies) and they totally nerfed flying for those of us who enjoyed the game by messing with the feel of the game.

I know the few fanboys will hold this game dear to their hearts until someone puts out another WWII flying title WITH joystick support correctly right out of the box. Then and only then will a game of this type (and perhaps caliber) truly take off online. Thats what every computer gamer is looking for first and foremost. A good online experience.

Multiplayer is dead, no newbies to own in random servers. Single player was a joke, short, mostly pointless, as are most single player games. I may not reinstall after pondering it for awhile tonight.

Hopefully EA can release a WWII flight sim online game and get it right. Ubisoft has seen its last dime from me.

Thanks to the random noob that dug this post out of the gutter of the forum and put it back on top!

Do the sweeping deletions still happen in this forum? Is ubisoft too busy with GRAW to ever give this game another thought??? Will the tempest union ever accept the challenge of the Fockewolfe Squadron??? These pressing questions possibly will never be answered.

I will be shocked, amazed, and disappointed if Ubi doesn't step up and square this one away for us in a hurry. Even after both patches I just sat on the runway with no controls. Get on it UBI!! We were looking forward to this game and it is nothing more than an expensive drink coaster at this point. this is goin to hurt you guys!!

Mad dude buddy, the Focke Wolfe Squadron is TTU!
They are our Xbox squadon. And apparently the Xbox side, while not as dead as PC, is pretty sleepy.

Just to be clear Focke Wolf is our Xbox360 Squadron for Blazing Angels.
So, one mad (and confused) dude, you have a PC Squad for Angels? Don't believe I ever heard or read a challenge before this? Let's get it on my friend, give the game a kick in the pants.
Post a time and day you want to get together, but you better hurry before any more people uninstall this bad boy!
Be sure to post a link to your site.
Don't talk it, Bring it!

Yeah, he came to TTU and posted in the Heroes of the Pacific section exorting our pilots to revolt. Saying that he is the TRUE commander of the Focke Wolf Squadron. LOL
How many Squadron members do you have Dude?
And where and when did first you post the name of your squad?
Viper Squadron is our PC Squad, waiting...

You have been encouraging mutiny within the ranks, as well as falsy accusing the Tempest Union of stealing your squadron's name. In our defense, we were not aware that you had a squadron of that name, or any squadron at all, for that matter. I have also been notified of your extreme hatred for this clan, which, to my knowledge, has done nothing to aggravate you in any way. To prove that we have stolen your wing's name, please set up an appointment with my second-in-command, Commander RMcSlash. You are liable for suspension from this site, so please choose your words wisely. All of your posts will now have to pass through the moderators as well. Behave yourself, and no ill fate shall come of this. You have been warned

Are you serious with this slashboy! LOL

OK, looks like you were proposing a name for a future clan. Well you had made no more recruiting posts since then, while leafyrivers and Elvis Newton put together a 10 player Xbox squadron at TTU. And THEY named it Focke Wolf. Ya snooze, ya lose.
As for your quote, LMAO, where did you dig that up. I never saw that before, but good for Ciel the Commander at TTU, you step in there and talk trash... Did Ciel PM you? Hey dude you get what you give. LOL
A lot of noise over a dead game.
So, no claim over a name that your own post says is for a proposed squadron, no specific challenge ever made, no Squadron website, just a lot of whining.
Maybe you need to get on the phone and call up your homies, so we can schedule a match.

Ok, how about we meet up online Saturday August 5, 2006 @ GMT 2100. That would mean it would be 10pm Saturday night in the UK, from 2pm to 5pm across the US and 7am Sunday morning Queensland, Australia, where one of our players is from. Hard to find a perfect time spreading the Globe like this.
