lol i posted that one a while back as a joke letting on that i got to beta test the patch. i think ubi forgot about us here. if they are makeng a patch they should post more info i think if they do end up posting i wont beleive it after yesterday lol
Yes - I remember the post clearly. I was impressed then seeing it for the first time.
Take a look at the first post in this thread again. The pixelation around the window frames doesn't seem to match the rest of the render. It's as if antialiasing was used in one part, yet not the other.
I was thinking about the possibility to meet in someone server. Or better we could create a lan with hamachi to play let me know where and when if you're interested Spider
it would be hard to tell if it was fake or not probley is real we just have to wait and see but they are takeing a long time that could be a good sign so we dont get a bugy patch. i did do some more at the time some were realy good but when i was doing a front veiw of the cocpit i couldint match the formation cross with the comands i was useing forgotton battles cocpit veiws lol but someone with experiance could realy fool ya
Hope the info from Sleep re a patch is correct. All I know is I'm p'ed off with UBI for releasing a faulty game, double p'ed off with UBI for not giving us enough news re the next patch and TRIPLE P'ED OFF WITH UBI SEEING AS THEY'VE SEEMINGLY DELETED A THREAD OF MY OWN ASKING FOR A SIMPLE BLOODY UPDATE!!! Not only do they seem to ignore us here on these forums, but they seem to take delight in deleting our posts when we write something they don't seem to like - and my post wasn't even that nasty!
This link is to ubi.coms blazing angels page. Notice how under developer its blank. well i can tell you it used to say ubi romania. This gives me the feeling we are waiting so long because ubi romania is no longer the developer and progress on the patch has come to a hault. Notice how none of the original devs posted since the first patch anouncement? Ubi romanias homepage has also been wiped off the net. Most likely they are looking for new jobs and we will be waiting for a patch that may never come. If there is no comunication by june im giving up on this game and looking elsewhere(not ubi's new flight sim ..thats for sure)I think the game has potential but the community is suffering and im sick of not being able to use a joystick. If we dont hear from anyone by then, i hope to see the people ive met here and played online with in the skies again in the future.
p.s. i think the first post is real because the post is worded wrong just like the real devs posts. Plus its unorganized and that fits well with the release. Also i reported every thread that an admin or dev posted .so maybe we will see soon wich ones are fake and wich are real
