What is the status from your end? I have seen continual posts from inquiring customers with no responses from the UBI staff.

re-considerisng the cockpit view too - it's not a promisse (issues might pop up to mess things even more) but if all goes well... it will come with the next patch.

I want to kick ass in the sky so bad, been a long time since I played a flying game I forgot how much fun they can be (that is if they work).

this is great news! thank you afantana for replying.If the cockpit view is not possible can you look into making a hud system.Maybe just an altimeter and a little circular radar screen showing aircraft that are near you.Also in mp is the dark screen effect seems to be messed up. When you climb to high your screen turns black, this would be fine but it stays this way untill im about 2 feet off the ground,and traveling at 600 mph that doesnt give me much time to pull up.Is this meant to be like this? if so the altimeter would be a big help

Does anyone from UBI have some kind of ETA on the next patch?

Im crapping my pants here because my dad and friend who also bought game only have joysticks (which dont work at all) and cant play until patch fixes them.

Hopefully the patch will remove StarForce!!!! UBI has announced that they are dropping StarForce completely!!!! WOOT WOOT WOOT!!!!

Now the devs need to disable it and remove it in the next patch!

(and add a rudder!!!!)

Please, just fix the input controls and online gaming, because the game is unuseful for many of us. Leave the cockpit view and other features for the next-next update. Don't let us wait for another week! Just fix the game and while we are playing and enjoy the game, you can work on the cockpit view (which is a great feature). I hope you get my point.

I cant find any Online Games. And we need a Dedicated Servers.

I would think that over the next few weeks, online play will pick up. Many are waiting to complete the solo game and apparently routers are a problem for the game. Which is weird because UBI's Heores of the Pacific, also serverless, has no problems with routers. If the correct firewall ports are open.

It will be securom, which is far from being as intrusive or damaging as well as not having fake web sites or giving out warez sites to d/l games that don't use Starforce.!!! The best part is that is the beginning of the end for SF.
