I have a logitech 2.4 ghz and I have downloaded the patch.I have been able to remap some the buttons. Still cannot get the throttle to respond, plane stills rolls, up is down, down is up. Hope they can get it fixed soon, I can use my rumble pad but it is a little awkward.

I use a Sidewinder force feed back 2 which I have managed to get working in the correct sense. But as soon as the game starts the forces disappeared and the stick is just a sloppy mess and controllability is difficult to say the least. There is also a certain amount of over run in the controls as well. The only control that works, as it should, is the throttle. The only way that I found to get the stick to register correctly is to ensure that all the stick controls are in a neutral position, including the throttle before assigning the movement. But take no notice of what shows up, as Turn L/R shows Slider not Z axis, Pitch Up/Down shows a Button number not Y-axis, Roll L/R shows Z-axis not X-axis and Speed Up/Down shows a Button Number. It dose work but like I said the controllability might as well be a switch. I also have a Speed Link “Black Widow” (SL6640) (a cheepy) but as it is a non force feed back it is a better stick to use than my Sidewinder, but you do have to switch of the vibration or it is constant. It still dose not control the flight as we flight sims would like.
I hope you get this problem sorted as it dose look to be a good game, but I am not willing to downgrade myself to the likes of the arcades X-Box and PS2

Well I have tried that and nothing seems to work. Still cannot get the slider to respond. Bought HOTP and installed it set my contols and seem to function great. went back and changed some settings and now the primary and secondary seem to be overlapping just as with Blazing angels. I hope someone can answer this problem.

I have been able to map most of the keys to my liking, y axis is okay now, still cannot get the throttle to show up on my throttle control. It also seem that the turn and roll are overlapping one another. It is very hard to turn without it wanting to go into a roll. The HOTP game responds great to all my controls hope they get a patch soon.

dvezina- Turn and bank are tied together in this game, there apparently is no independent rudder control. You can bank or roll without the rudder, but you cannot turn without banking.
Good choice on Heroes of the Pacific, amazing how much they took from that game to build this one.
