I bought the game from Circuit City, in Columbus GA,so it is an american copy. I installed it...then I installed the two patches and now the game will not even start up. At start up it says, Activation Code required, then I have the option of "Automatic" "Manuel" or "Quit." If I click manuel the thing says unable to process, if I click quit..it quits, of course and if I click Automatic it lets me enter the code, which I assumed it was the code on the inside of the case, but it is not. I enter that code and nothing happens except the thing changes my code I entered and adds dashes to it. And says click ok to enter manuel mode, so I do then it does nothing. Any advice? I have tried reinstalling the game 4 times now, and everything i have this problem.
This is the exact same problem Im going through... and it really sucks. This has happened before with other Ubi titles Ive bought. Im tired of it really.
its happening to me too. I contacted ubi, they are giving me the runaround saying its the protection vendors fault and said they would send me a new code after they suggested that I download a driver update for the protection vendor. Nothing has helped or fixed the problem. The problem is somewhere in thier patches that I had to download to get my joystick to work. Its getting old, Ive had the game for half a week now and havnt got to play the game.
im going through the same problem and i have only had the game for 2 days. can anybody help me out by giving me the activation code? that would really help a lot. thank you.
