Every time I try to install this game, I get the following message:

ERROR: Cyclic Redundancy Check

Does this mean it's a corrupt disc? Is there a way to fix it?

Yes, it means the CD/DVD is probably damaged. You can try to clean it or use a different reader but most likely you'll need to get a replacement.
