For BA 2, I have the following set for my Logitech Extreme 3D Pro joystick:

Pitch Up: Y Axis +
Pitch Down: Y Axis -

Everything is standard. At the very intro level, the trainer course at the airshow, all works fine except the plane won't get off the ground. It accelerates just fine, but when I pull back on the joystick nothing happens. I can turn right and left just fine, but it won't pitch up. I've tried everything, and I'm about to give up what looks like a really cool game. So disappointing.
