I bought this game through STEAM so I do not have the disk. When I try to run it, it tells me my drivers are too old. I have the latest 8,12 ATI drivers and have updated DX to the latest as well. Any suggestions>

I have the EXACT same problem.

My graphics card is an ATI Radeon 3850HD. Drivers I use are:
Driver Packaging: 8.582-090203a-075976C-ATI
Catalyst Version: 09.2
ATI Catalyst Control Center: 2009.0203.2228.40314

(Should be the newest).

WhenI start the game I get a popup box saying that my graphics card drivers are not up-to-date (which they are).
I get to fiddle around with the performance box, but when I click "Play" I get the same popup box followed by an error message saying that the game is unable to start!

Yep having the IDENTICAL Issue
Obviously nobody has a solution to this as this thread is getting pretty old

One day I may learn my lesson and stop buying Ubi products....
