I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR NEWBIES. YOU CAN RENDER YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM USELESS IF NOT CAREFUL!!!!! With that said,,, I had this same problem and what I had to do was uninstall the game then reboot. Then I deleted the UBI folder in C:\Program Files. As if that wasn't enough I had to click Start\Run and type regedit then hit enter. After that I did numerous searches for registry entries that contained the words Ubi and Blazing Angels. Then deleted all registry keys that were related to the game. If you have never modified the registry I would NOT recommend doing so. You can really hose your system.
A "program" is used to create error messages!
