I just purchased Blazing Angles 1 & II. I tried to run the first game and I get this Ubisoft pop up box:

The below report number means absolutely nothing it is the data that is in the report that matters. You should do as it says and contact Ubisoft so they can walk you through the setup. There are more advanced problems with this game however it sounds like you need to first go through all of the basics with a Ubisoft tech. Do not expect to much from them but after you hammer out the simple configuration issue and they still can not help I will help if you like.
