I give up, UBI wins (take my money, give you a nod for a great scam on all of us who bought PC version and cant play it) UBI support has out done themselves with driving me to the point of blind rage and close to insane with the same reply to every request for help on joystick issues.Since the day of BA2 release I have no answer or solution from anywhere that will get any joystick I own to work. I have asked support to tell me what controlers they test and know to work. (THEY CANT EVEN ANSWER THAT SIMPLE REQUEST) I could go on for hours as to what UBI support has not done; but that would take a while!

So here is my solution: I TOOK THE GAME AND EVERYTHING IN WHICH CAME WHEN I BOUGHT BA2 AND I TOOK IT OUTSIDE , PUT SOME GASOLINE ON ON IT, TOOK MY LIGHTER (WHICH WORKS) AND IGNITED THE TRASH THAT IT IS!!!

UBI got $40.00 and will never get another cent from me, and I got peace of mind and finally a little enjoyment (watching it burn LOL).

Hmm i have another idea which big companys are getting scared of. (bad advertising).

A few weeks ago there was a there was a news article :

A guy had a problem with an apple lap top. To make the long story short .Apple did not want to replace the defective lap top so the guy got fed up took the lap top and smashed it out side his front door with a sledge hammer and put the clip on You Tube. It got mad hits, Apple sure enought gave him a new lap top.

I have BA1. I ran the game, there is no auto update option. I checked support.ubi.com, nothing there but the 1.01 and 1.02 patch which I already have?

The patch that released yesterdday is for BA2. I assume since the original poster mentioned BA2 in that post that was the game in question not BA1. BA1 is only patched to 1.02

so then my question is are they going to fix BA1 also? Or am I just stuck with it and have to buy BA2? Need an answer on this please.

BA2 is still broken after the patch. My joystick settings won't save and there is no sound in the game.
