Hi PTRFX,

What is the exact error message? Also, can you post your system information; such as, your OS, CPU, memory, video card, and sound card.

Okay, I see the problem. I hate to say it, but the issue looks like it is being caused by your video card, the Radeon Xpress 200m. Also, the processor, video card model, and system being a Toshiba point towards a laptop system. Unfortunately, laptop video cards are not supported.

You can try updating the drivers for the video and sound to see if that might help, just make sure you get them from your laptop manufacturer.

So, that's it? A sorry? "Sorry we didnt write the actual game requirements, because then you wouldnt have bought it. We wanted you to waste your money, and then find out that it doesnt work, after we already have your money." At least that statement is honest. How are we supposed to know that laptop cards arent supported. I have an alienware laptop, built mainly for gaming. I can never get my time back from trying to install the game twice, checking forums, registering and posting, but how about some money back? It is clearly the manufacturers fault if my system meets the requirements stated on the package, but doesnt work because the package omitted key information.

DVD Direct also hides the fact that their games are not meant for laptops unless you look real hard for it. Blazing Angels does the same thing on my laptop. It works 5 out of 25 times of trying it. I probably have 15 hours of trying to get that to work. No refunds.
