when i first launch it pops up "The graphics card drivers are no up to date". it then gets me to the settings window and when i hit play it gives me another message graphics are not up to date play anyways? so i hit yes it then gives me a popup "Cannot run blazing angels" and i do have the latest ati drivers 8.5. i've tried various settings with no luck. system specs are as follows:

E2180@3.03 - Abit IP35-E - G.Skill/Crucial Balli 6GB@DDR2 908 - Ati Radeon 3870@843/2500 - Corsair 550VX - Samsung 400GB HD403LJ - ASUS DRW-2014L1T/Pioneer 110DB - Cooler Master Centurion 5 - Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
24+ Hr Blend Orthos Stable
Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit

steam is still downloading the II one so i dont know if i will run into the same problem with that one.
