By now, everyone knows how to activate the cheat console. But, just in case, here's how.

While playing the game press the escape key to get to the pause screen. Now press insert insert delete insert delete and maybe insert one more time. It does not happen right away, but a new line should be added to the menu, that says cheat console.

After you select the cheat console, you get a new screen with a box you can type into. If you type in cheat_victory the level you were playing will end.

If you type in cheat0 the screen will say global cheats enabled. If you type in cheat0 again the screen will say global cheats disabled.

My question is, what are the global cheats and is there something else to be pressed during the game to turn them on. Because, just enabling them does not seem to do anything to the game play.
