I installed the game and then after I install it I click on play. Then does a patch and windows comes up and says its closing the program.

thats happening to me too, it says the program has stopped working or stopped responding, i cant fix it.

To post DirectX Diagnostic information do the following.

1. Click Start
2. Click Run (if you are on Vista, click into the 'Search Textfield')
3. Type DXDIAG then press ENTER
4. When the DirectX Diagnostic loads, click the "Save All Information" Button.
5. Save the text file to your desktop
6. Locate the text file on your desktop and double-click the file to open it
7. Click on Edit
8. Click on Select All
9. Click on Edit
10. Click on Copy (make sure all of the text is highlighted when you click Copy)
11. Right-click into the textfield of your forum post and click on Paste

this is the exact same problem i have i just need to download something from ATI but i have no idea what.
