my questions are:

How come you didn't make sure that the snow had a "real" look? This is a key thing since snow is the most important element in snowboarding.

How come the park aspect of the game did not have that much effort put into it with regards to how real to life it looks and handles?

no it won't be possible to do that. They said that the only change in the sky that you're going to see it's snowstorm and clear sky.
