There's one thing in life I can't stand and that is if the truth hurts, dont ask the question.

So whats going on? UBI ask for feedback on them and as soon as a common theme comes up that the Community Managers arent actually being part of the community, they close thread under the disguise of "we have enough feedback".

Come on guys, please dont treat your customers and lively hood this way, we arent stupid, we know exactly why the thread was closed. Take it on the chin and CHANGE. Dont just start locking the threads when you dont like to hear what people say. Your running a business and as such, you should be professional enough to say you have an issue.

It seems they have a good opinion on themselves, so when they asked other people to confirm how godlike they thought they were, and got a big kick in the face from hundreds (would be thousands) of customers, I cant say im supprised they locked the post. It looks like a lot of ubi customers have a LOT of built up agression they need to get out

To be honest I dont see the thread getting fedback to UBI in its original condition, probably hugely altered/vetted.

As for this post, probably never. I just did a serach for some stats.

The 3 community managers we have in FC last posted in "their" community 12 months, 18 months and 2yrs! ago. Wow. Just as a reminder to them, FarCry is a 1st person shooter, just in case they forgot.

I guess from 3 CMs you mean the guys on the forum headers? My bad to a degree, we should have updated them a long time ago...

Went back to school around 18months ago at least...(not sure if he was an intern...?)

Moved into UBI marketing I think.

Dunno what happend to him... Went very silent for a long time, I heard he had been ill. Last chatted with him almost a year ago. All i know is that since Nov last year he is officially not our UK CM anymore...

That is picky as he wasnt a FC Community Manager listed above.

I would hardly count posting a thread across all forums in one hit being validated as active and present in the community.

We might be at cross purposes there m8, Im not on about the multiforum posts.

If you look again at that link you will see the UK FC CM post three times in it...

I guess before we judge them, we should see what transpires from the feedback.

None of the people listed are CM's anymore. Heh.
