Size is dependent on what forum you are wishing to post it at. Typically the file format is .jpg or .gif (if you decide to try and animate it, it can only be saved as a .gif). As I said, experiment to see what you can come up with. Playing around in PS and PSP will let you learn the programs and what they will let you create. The only limit is your imagination as you get better.

ok ive been making some sigs with corel photo-paint. the problem is that i cant take the sigs from the program to my photo bucket album. if anyone knows how i can do it please reply

after i get this problem fixed i will be happy to make sigs for anyone at no charge, they may look a little bit unprofessional but keep in mind that i am an amateur sig maker and what have you got to lose right?

so message me if you want one, what you want on it etc.

I use Imageshack myself so I`m just assuming they work the same way, on the upload page of your account select browse and just guide it to where you have the image saved, click on the image and the url should be entered, click upload and that should be it.
The only time I have any problems is with trying to upload very large images, they do have size restrictions on most of these types of site.
Don`t worry about being an "amateur" sig maker, the point is you`re trying, and you should improve with practice, anyway, an individual sig is better than ready made ones. Smile

Ive personally not used sites like imageshack so i could be way of here but im guessing they only allow you to upload small file sizes which would mean for images uploading file types such as jpeg only. That being the case i would suggest checking what file type you saved the image as before trying to upload, double check with the hosting site what file types they allow etc and go from there.

Ive not used the program you are but the one ive got allows me to 'save for web' which then saves the created image in a jpeg format

Hope this helps
