My brother gave me this game(GRGold edition) for my b-day back before the war started in Iraq. Up until then I was never any type of these video games. Your thoughts? Semper Fi! |

soldiers involved in serious bloody close quarter combat most often experience post tramatic stress disorder ... the last thing they want to do is play a combat game that will most definitly trigger unwanted adverse physiological and psychological... I recommend quiet time in a hamoc with soft music and a refreshing beverage.....

Jack, did you know that some of the most popular items sold in Exchanges are consoles and FPS games? Do you have a source for your claim about PTSD? Most marines, soldiers, sailors and even airmen deal with "bloody close quarter combat" pretty well and have excellent support systems in place. Video games are also a very far cry from reality, which is part of the reason why they're so popular. Resting in a hammock with a tasty drink is quite nice. But many soldiers would rather hang out with their friends and frag their other friends or random people online. The Right to command is bought with Duty, the Privilege of rank is Service.
