....And there never was a US Moon landing...

...And there were a dozen armed men on the Grassy Knoll in 1963...

As far as the Web Sites you site as source..

CBS News

MSNBC News

ENQUIRER!!????

Each one of the source sites are bastions of liberal/Democrat support..

Sorry, K.... But what you posted was simply more Liberal propoganda.

Despite MANY investigations, NOTHING has ever been PROVEN..

Why is that??

Occam's Razor is especially relevant here...

What is more likely??

A "vast right-wing conspiracy" that encompasses dozens of major corporations, and hundreds of people with not a leak about what's going on???

Or simply a group sore-losers who do not like the fact that the majority of Americans don't agree with them on how this country should be run???

The answer is obvious...

Do you wonder why there is no federal oversight of voting machines? Maybe it has to do with the Consitution statment that decrees that the federal govermnent shall not imping on a State's right to set it's own voting laws.

quote:

Section 4. The times, places and manner of holding elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each state by the legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by law make or alter such regulations, except as to the places of choosing Senators.

Now one has to remember that we here in the States only vote for the President to tell the Electoral College whom we want for President. They do not have to elect said person though I do not recall them voting against the popular vote and don't go there about the debacle in Florida in 2000. That was a lame attempt by the liberals to get something that they thought they won.

And who cares who makes or owns the companies who make voting machines? As far a as no paper trail, paper needs a large storage facility compared to other means.

I'm with you Kurtz. Don't let these guys give you the impression that their opinion is fact. Wink

People who think corporations aren't in corrupt cahoots with one another and with our government are absolutely hilarious! Big Grin

Watch. The next post will be a link to a webpage that ABSOLUTELY discounts the webpages you listed. Too Happy

Yet, as I said, there is no PROOF of anything..

By ya'alls own admissions, this alleged corruption is so wide spread and encompasses sooooo much and yet.... Not one instance of unequivocal proof exists...

I ask again.. WHY IS THAT???

Danger, we do know that corperations are corrupt and sometimes that they are in cahoots with the government, but it is the law makers of Congress who they are in cahoots with, on both sides of the isle.

This is why we need campaign finance reform and term limits. Make it so that a person can't make a career out of making money by filling a seat under the Capitol building for eons. Those who make a career out of being a representitive or a Senator for 20 or 30 years are the ones who depend on those big bucks from contributors, large corperations, to remain in office. That buys a Congressional vote if ya ask me and it needs to stop and until people realize it, their wishes will not be carried out by those they voted for.

When will the liberals wake up and smell the coffee. Zell Miller (one democrat I have respect for) said it best by leaving when he did. He is fed up with the way the left has lost their way and touch with their voters. One doesn't have to wonder why he stumped for a republican instead of someone from his own party. Until those here who continue to think that there is something where there is nothing wake up, you will always seem to be slighted when you aren't.

White, I read the second paragraph, and was thinking, "White, I am SO WITH YOU buddy!" Then I read the third paragraph....

I stopped chewing my gum and kinda squinted with a puzzled look at the monitor.

Wazzup

Which is it? Is there corruption, or do we "think there's something where there's nothing"? Educate those of us on the loony left. Smile

Sniper - C'mon. Our government isn't corrupt? Do you really need someone to point out proof for you to believe it to be true? Even if someone posts a link to a page that provides evidence to support the fact that they are corrupt, you'll just dismiss it as Libercat propaganda. Smile Am I wrong?

There is corruption Danger, but still, it is not the corruption that has led to the turnaround in voter apathy towards the Democratic party nor is it that people who seem to be Republican own a particular company. This corruption involves both parties. Ever wonder why Democrat wanted to build a bridge across an interstate highway for deer?

Still, if Democrats really want to understand why there is such apathy towards them, they must ask why Zell Miller left Washington the way he did and why he stumped for a Republican Party President.

I never said that there wasn't any corruption..

Like WK says, it's part of ALL levels of government.

For the Libercrats to try and point fingers at the GOP as if their own hands are not in the cookie jar is simply hypocracy...

So, we accept that ALL government is corrupt. At least the GOP has kept this country safe...

What have the Libercrats done?? Where is THEIR plan to keep the US safe??

You're getting off track White. The topic was about conspiracies. The general consensus AMONG JCHUNG AND SNIPER, was that conspiracy theories hold no water. My response was to ensure Kurtz that there was someone else that believed in the corruption of government.

You have since turned it around to make it look like I was saying corruption is on one side of the "aisle" only. Tell me where I said that.

Easy big fella. Guilty concience or what? Wink

Oh, just saw your post Sniper. My reply? HAHAHHAHA! WONDERFUL JOB GOP! I feel SO much safer now than when Clinton was in office. Wasn't it you harping about WWIII a few threads back? Jesus Christ!

Has there been any terrorist attacks on US soil since 9/11??

Yes or No??

Would you feel safer with a Nuclear Armed Al Qaeda?? That is EXACTLY what the Libercrats will give you...

The simple fact is, the administration has prevented numerous attacks on US soil in the last 5 years..

That is an UNDENIABLE FACT...

Do you HONESTLY think that the Libercrats can do better???

I highly doubt it.. They want to give Iraq to Al Qaeda

To use a SOD_Sniper term, give me "unequivocal proof".

What an outlandish thing to criticize a group for what you feel they WOULD do. Are you kidding me? That's not narrow minded or close minded. That's no mind at all.

So you would have no problem giving your child over to the care of a convicted pedophile after they were released from prison, right? After all, who are you to judge them for what you think they would do. How about if he has a big grin on his face when he says how much he's looking forward to "taking care" of your child - after all, he could mean that literally or he could be talking about rape. Are you still so comfortable with letting him take care of your defenseless child?

Making an informed decision based on available evidence isn't mindless at all. We all have opinions.

Nope, it's called "Intel".. And I don't mean the CPU.. It's called knowing what will happen based on information and past actions.

For example. If I throw a juicy steak to a rabid hungry wolf, I am fairly certain he will gobble it up.

Another example. If I give a Nuke to Al Qaeda (Like the Libercrats want to do), I can be fairly certain that they will destroy something. The only unknown is what and/or where.

But you are correct, insofar as I don't know what the Libercrats will do. And why is that?? Because they have not told us their plan for keeping America safe. So, as far as everyone knows, the Libercrats HAVE no plan.. Therefore, they will not have my vote.

It's really THAT simple... Big Grin

???? Geist, If he's just been released from prison, he's obviously been PROVEN guilty of something in the past. How is that a good analogy? I expect better from you bud.

Sniper, show me where a Libercat aid he wants to give a nuke to Al Qaeda. C'mon.

Conspiracy aside, the lack of accountability with these machines is troubling, I say go back to paper ballots with the "X", you cannot mistake who the vote is for. You can have monitors for the counting and it may take longer, but, the process is better.

With respect to security and terrorism, I give credit to the police agencies and security forces around the world, who have been responsible for foiling numerous threats and arresting hindreds of El Queda operatives. Also, security measures have vastly improved since 9/11. I alos think the war on terror was derailed by the war in Iraq and the campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan are both going badly.

Sniper, show me where a Libercat aid he wants to give a nuke to Al Qaeda. C'mon.

Libercrats want to cut and run from Iraq, leaving Iraq to Al Qaeda and Iran.

Ergo, by doing the Cut & Run from Iraq, the Libercrats will give nukes to Al Qaeda..
