Hey folks. There was a thread called "a little fun with low and fast" where TommyBoy45 flew his eagle VERY fast and very low. His track (yes, he posted the track) was so good that some wanted a movie to be made out of this.

And i voulenteered for this, and also took this as my chance of trying out Vegas 4.0, my new editing program.
So Tommy is doing the flying, and i just mixed up some camera angles and added sound

Because this is a movie showing off speed, i couldn't over-do the camera angles, so most of the time you are in the cockpit.

A few things i added to enhance the experience:

- Cockpit shaking
- Motion blur from the pilot's POV and in some external views
- Sounds from the real deal
- widescreen effect

Tommy that was the first track I had DL'd and watched in LOMAC. I thought to myself....that is some damn nice flyin, someone needs to make this a movie!

i see a few 'director trademarks' in there glowing, e.g. shaking flyby handheld shot and also the 'balcony scene' (for want of a better phrase

i would ahve liked to have seen some more outside shots, but your the boss. liked the blurring bits too

Yeah, i was kinda thinking of doing more external views, but that would ruin the whole "sense of speed" concept thingy..

My next movies will have lots of externals though

euh... can't find the link.

I registered at lomacfiles.com so I could download this movie but when I try it takes me to a page that says I don't have the right permissions. Do you have to know somone to download this thing?
