Finaly it's ready ! Project: Sudden Strike

It all started when I took my notebook with me on my summer holliday.
Due to bad wheater I did spend quite a few hours behind the screen.
Painting new colours to the existing F16A's and A10's,and so on.
The F15 was already done before I went on vacation.
I had with me a pre-edit movie which I also worked at at that time.
I use Windows movie maker to edit my captured ingame films.
Also have made a special directory for movie-music files in my documents & settings.
I like to use war movie soundtracks to add to these projects.
One of them is used in part 4 of Sudden Strike.
I would like to mention that due lack of website space I have to compress my movies
but as a result of that it seems that the transision gives a blur effect for a short time when I did let it fade in one to another.
I did make a dvd of this project using the DV-quality option in movie maker and than there is no such thing as a blur transition effect but these files are much larger
I can't store these on my total of 50Mb homepage webspace. So, I'm sorry for the reduction of quality in that way.

Hope You like the Sudden Strike Project anyway.
I did the best I can do at this stage of movie making I'm in !
Sometimes you will see one particular event from more than one,two or more angle's.
These scene's did cost a lot of time capturing and editing.

My advice would be to make sure you download parts 1 till 5 before watching...
I think that the story line becomes more clear when you watch it as a total movie playing the parts one afther another.

I had an idea which I could not get out of my head so I started flying and capturing my own fictional mission.

The idea was something like:

An former airforce general called 'The Pirate' gets in control again and takes his wing to the sky to capture our heavy weapons at one of our bases. Also sending in paratroopers to get control at the ground.
A quick reaction from our side is needed.
The general is seeding 'wind', but he get's back a 'Storm' by the Wine'69 Sqn's.

Part 1: Take off's , cruising, refueling.
Part 2: The storm breaks loose. First air to air combat with 'The Pirates'
Part 3: Taking out enemy airbase defence.
Part 4: Taking out Air to Air/Ground targets.
Part 5: Final battle, Victory !

My idea is to store each part for a few days so you have some time to download it from my site.
Than afther that you can download the next part, until you have them all five complete.

On request I will store a particular part again If you have missed one !

Good video Wine 69. Ya got me peaked to see the next 4. Great choice of music . IMO it is a good attempt. I'm prejudiced by the fact that making any movie with Lockon, or any sim, takes a lot of work....I mean a lot of work . And , I imagine you spent a lot of time to get that one. Good job and can't wait to see the rest. Great work on the skins also . I do hope you are going to explore the many more view options available.

Yes, got some nice things coming up.
If I say so myself, part one was not the best in many ways, but I think that I learned along the way.
Still, I has not become perfect, but there is time ahead to make the next thing even more what it should be.
