Hello guys

I just got Vegas 6 and I have no clue to how use it. Can anyone direct me to a tutorial. I recorded the game using fraps and i was running the track at half speed and now i cant figure out how to run it a the original speed on Vegas or how to make the sound run slower so it matches the video. Also, is there a way to get rid of the bottom grey bar when you use external views when shooting the video on lock on.

I don't know if you want to go this route, as I don't have all the ins/outs of Vegas in mind, but if you go to:

its the sony site/page where you can download the manual for Vegas 6. Its about 12 mb big, but its really helped me to figure out stuff as they come up.
