Hey all, I've completed part 1 of 2 of my movie "At Any Cost". I tried to upload to YouTube, but the file is 221mb, and the max allowed is 100 mb (movie is 15 min long!). I need one of two solutions: 1)can someone recommend a site that will allow the file size, or 2) let me know where I can find a utility that will allow me to cut my movie into parts "a" and "b" so that the community can download both, and watch in WMP. I don't want to redo the movie any less setttings: best,128kbps audio, CBR mode, 640x480, 3 mb bitrate in order to keep the quality of the film ideal.

Thanks in advance,

CrazyD

Ok, nevermind the above post. I've found a place that would take the file, what I've done is compressed it into a .rar file, so you'll have to dl first then view.
A couple things first: one is that some images may not be ideal for young ones under 10. Second is that this Part 1 was not made with LOMAC, but Part 2 will be. I thought I'd try something different than the rest of the vids seen here, so please don't flame me for a video that's not L-O. I was wanting to do the whole thing and get them out together, but I'm having difficulty with LOMAC, and is gonna take a bit longer than Part 1. The third thing is that yes, there's some glaring holes in Part 1, there's editing stuff I've come to learn about, it is a bit too long. As its my first film hopefully I can only go up from here.

Other than that, I hope you guys like it. Comments and suggestions welcome.

I got this warning when I tried to download the file “You have requested the file At_Any_Cost.rar (221356 KB). This file has been downloaded 9 times already.”

To AFROTC - when you connect to the link, all that's telling you is how many times the file's been downloaded, not by you but in total by everyone else. To download the file, click to download and wait until the timer reaches zero, then a button appears that will let you download. Be aware that its 221mb (I didn't want to lose the audio/video quality of the finished product), so it may take a bit. Also remember that this Part 1 is not LOMAC, so that you're not disappointed (see the above posts). Part 2 is in progress.

Hi Crazydyck,

Just watched your part 1...
Before now I didn't see or play the Battlefield 2 game.
For the movie it's sorry that you could not remove the red & blue icons above the caracters and helo's, etc.
They do not belong in a movie.
I did try to make a short movie using Medal Of Honor a while ago, but it had the same problem.
I liked the action though some scene's were a bit to long I think.
Panning with the mouse around a person or object is not smooth and does not look that good, so you should not use it.
The sound of the helicopter ( when the soldier takes a ride ) must continu in flight or leave it out and get us some hot soundtrack instead, I think.
The most soundtrack music you did use I liked very much, so...

But for now, waiting to see your second part...

Get that Mig29 into the sky fast and make us a nice movie, ... "At Any Cost" ...!!!

AFROTC - there's a coloured box with a letter/number combo that you have to enter into the field next to it. Did you do that, then click the download to save?
