Hi guys,
don´t you anybody know some tool, which could remove duplicite frames from video stream? I am solving again and again discrepancies in raw shots recorded by Fraps, and similar tool could help me very much.

I am using Adobe Premiere, maybe it is possible to do it in there, but I don´t discover it yet. Any idea appreciated.
