Few technical questions:

- All flyable MOD ?
- How did you shoot the smooth scene's following the planes from the ground view ?
Was that an ingame option or do you use Track IR ?

yes , I used a all aircraft flyable mod ( by editing meinit.xml in \Lockon_directory\ME).
No, i do not use a track IR (if only I could !!!). It is the "F3 view" and the movment is generated by Lockon with "shift+i".

By the way, I recently installed a fps tweak (taken on Lockonfiles.com) which allow the mouse control with the cockpit view. it is not as good as track IR, but is a free solution.
