Thanks but i was searching for an easy to use tool i canno't manage to encode with Super without the video to have an important quality loss

Hmm, I don´t have much loss when I encode with Super.
I usually choose a Bitrate of 576kbps (or above) and under "Options" I choose Hi Quality.

You can watch 2 Videos I encoded to flv on our website.
