Is there a way I can open saved .trk files in Ulead Video Studio 8 and edit it, add effects, etc.

Also, In the training missions where the external F2 View is shaking around like sort of cinematic, what's the keys I need to press to activate that external view. I've done it once, but didn't know what I pressed.
