Anyway to edit the F4 chase view in 1.11 FC? I don't see a chase.lua file in the view folder.

it is in "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On\Config\View" folder, in the server.LUA file towards the bottom of the script.
