Hey Iqcors,

First things first. To record your flight simply go to the tool bar on top click on view i believe it is and look for record track. This will record anything you do as long as you don't crash and burn. If you crash while recording a track best to quit save and start again. Another good thing to have is the GUI editor from www.lockonskins.co.uk. It is a program that allows you to mess with the different view aspects without actually having to remember the default information. Next would be a movie editing program. Alot of people use Vegas 6.0, however it takes alot of money to come across this and not everybody is made of money. The next thing you could use to start is something that comes right with your computer when you get it, Its called Windows Movie Maker. Same basic principle just not as much offered through Windows Movie Maker then through Vegas.

Also, a way to take clips from the track you recorded, is by downloading a free version of Fraps. This can be found by Googling for "Fraps Free Trial". Again this program has its downfalls. For the Trial version, you will get "www.fraps.com" in the top center of your video while recording. When and if you purchase the actuall program this goes away. What Fraps does, (probably should have said this from theh start) it allows you to record clips of your track. Say you fly for 2 hours but only want a spicific 30 sec portion of the track. Fraps does it for you. You watch through the track to the beginning of the point you want to record. Push the record button and vuala. Your 30 sec track is saved to another folder for automatic play back instead of watching the track over and over and over and over, you get the point Smile

Well i hope this has helped more then it has confused you. If i made any mistakes im sure someone will correct me. So good luck, and can't wait to see your first movies.

S!
