Hello Gents, This is Sinister of the FreeBirds-VFW Formation Flying Team. This is a preview of things to come with our Official Release of our virtual airshow. Right now, I am just learning about codes and editing so once I find out everything I can then I will do the official video. As of now I am having problems with the Seat Position View. It makes it look like the Planes are Touchign or going through eachother when actually they are a few feet apart. The internal and external view do not coincide. Also I cannot find the correct Smoke Generator file in the MEint file to put the smoke generator inside the 3dmodel to hide it and to change the color.. The Yellows works for now with the colors we have on our jets. Any help or input would be much appreciated. Hope you enjoy the TeaserInto The Sun take1
The clipping you're seeing is a result of using the F18 mod w/the F15. I imagine that your wheels seem to hover a foot or so off the pavement too. It's definitely the mod, as it may look like an F18 on the outside, but the dimensions of the F15 still are part of it.
well oddly enough , No the wheels actually touch the ground..In Fact they touch so much that the landing gear collapses like it should when on the ground.. and extends during take off..
So is there no fix for this? I got passed the smoke generator location.. its inside the 3d model now..
well if there isnt a fix.. or edit.. then I guess I wont be doing any trail Incockpit shots.. just external and back deck stuff
