yes they have. The update is coming soon. No date however, Microsoft has it in their hands. Keep a look out for Graw2 update, once that comes ours is shortly after. should be soon...
I wouldn't be surprised if someone online is impersonating a dev. At first it was suppose to be out the week after Christmas, 19 days later and still no patch. MS only takes 7 days to verify patches.
We'll see though, the game is still good as is, I just wish more people played team encounter.

If it was an actual developer talking to you during a game or something, I think he'd appreciate not having his off-the-record comments repeated everywhere. Developers are capable of posting in the forums if they want to say something. Unless he gave you permission to use him as a source, in which case "never mind!"
there are things i post that are ok to be said to yall. There are alot of things he doesnt say. SOrry MeanMF but if you dont want this info then dont read it. I post things I am told to the community so that the community knows whats going on. Most people do apreciate it.
