Watching the YouTube videos of COD4, has made me excited. I'm going to pick up a copy tomorrow morning! I believe team work will be essential to this game. I tried to play the demo again (True Soldiers) and I last about 30min, then I get disgusted. The opfor skins are terrible. I also believe I can lob a bb more accurately than I can shoot the in game weapons. The look sensibility is too slow. It takes me vital seconds to line up an enemy. I assure you I have shot real weapons and I know my capabilities. CQB (close quarter combat)is terrible too. Well to all you who like this game, more power to you!

Ok, I just went and bought COD4, I'm not getting AA:TS... Just Kidding!

I am seriously broke and have too many other obligations with school this week. If I had the extra loot/had nothing to do all week, I would of bought it already. If you think AA is joke, that is you're opinion man, I like it, lets agree to disagree.

I think both games are must buys. Which is why I figured I let you guys know. If you go to Curcuit City to purchase COD4, they give you COD3 for free with the purchase, and a poster even!

I will continue to play the AA:TS demo, and maybe some GRAW2 -(new maps/modes soon?) until the 16th. Last night I played a couple games with some guys who were pretty cheap. They made there team 3 and ours like 8. Then spawn camped our 5 guys, who were learning to play, over and over again.

I didn't want to host because I had a limited amount of time to play. Much of that time was spent trying to find a good game. I finally did. I assume, in the final game, you will be able to tell if you are joining a game on True Soldier or not.

I was reading an older army manual, the smct level 1, I think it is, and it showed some diagrams of building 1 man and 2 man mini-trenches, if you had to build your single person trench or something in a game. Or something like that. Just a random thought I had earlier while discussing realism.

when i first read the concept of AA and this whole ''team'' based game play i was thinking it could be really cool, but to be honest the game really sux and i dont think it really all that ''realistic'' . i dont need to type in all the stuff that sux because everyone before me has already done it 1000 times. i feel like i can have tons of fun with a group of buddies acting like a team and running together in the COD4 game . i just didnt see what was so ''team'' like about AA other than ,if you get shoot you need someone to heal you thats close. knowone is playing there role and i dont think even if you did play this ''role'' that it would really work. im getting COD4 tomarrow and that will last until battlefield 3 comes out next year. i will never play this game ever again.......

there are a lot of realistic aspects about this game, and there are some problems. overall i think it will be a solid game, that tactical shooters will love, not great, but solid. you can be but so realistic with a game. i think it's better than graw2, but not rainbow six that was pretty tactical. but it had it's "unrealistic" let downs as well..... I've already pre-ordered this game even the guy at game stop looked at me weird, "why not assassin's creed, or cod4? different strokes for different folks......

most people exaggerate their imaginations to much,
cod4 or halo3 will not be as good as the "hype" that popular opinion create, come to think of it nothing in life lives up to the expectations of fantasy when you don't possess it.

yeah i agree with you statement and even movies are never as good either. well really the best thing we all need to think about is atleast some new games have finally arrived for us . AA or COD4..... pick one and have fun. most of us have been waiting for 2-3 months for a new game. im just glad my wait is over today with COD4 and HOPEFULLY AA fans will get theres on the 19th. i hoped AA was for me but i think i'll be alright with COD4. hey its better than HALO right? and anyways if AA turns out to be better than im gonna get it for sure but i just cant handle any more let downs for any game at the moment. COD4 will be a solid game for now and then maybe i can ease into AA later.

Ugh..I'm not sure I'm going to be able to stomach playing COD4: Halo Edition long enough to rank up to level 15 to unlock hardcore mode. I want my beta rank back!!

COD 4 no regrets. You can run hardcore mode if you host the game. Ultra realism. Believe it or Not! Thanks for putting up with me. COD 4 is close enough to realism for me,I suggest everyone try hardcore gametype objs. I believe you will be satisfied. Take Care!
